MTN Benin products and services: SIM cards, airtime and handsets, for individuals and points of sale alike.
We distribute carefully made and carefully chosen products. Scroll to follow their journey, from the manufacturer to the consumer.
A batch goes through six steps that we control from end to end: bulk products go to points of sale, retail products to customers.
Step 1 of 6
Once a purchase order has been sent and validated, we arrange the pickup of your products. The container is filled, sealed, then loaded onto the truck.
Step 2 of 6
When the truck arrives at the warehouse, we count your products and check their condition and conformity with the order. Anything that fails inspection is reported to you: the quality promised to the customer is decided here.
Step 3 of 6
Every listed product has its place in our warehouses. Stock is kept in the best conditions and tracked, so every product stays available to our resellers when orders come in.
Step 4 of 6
The price starts from the purchase cost, then adds logistics and our margin. A separate grid applies to retail, semi-wholesale and wholesale. The batch is then split: bulk products are conveyed to points of sale and large resellers, and retail products are delivered to end customers.
Step 5 of 6
Our sales team supplies points of sale and resellers, presents the offer and records orders.
Step 6 of 6
The retail products, taken from the batch, are prepared and handed to the consumer, in store or at their address.
Dixtri was born in Benin in 2019 from a simple idea: make quality products accessible to as many people as possible, from home linen to tech items and everyday goods. We are a distributor: we choose the products, we control every step and we bring them to you. Our catalog is not fixed: it grows with our partners.
